.hack//Legend of the Twilight

The story revolves around a network game called "The World". It takes place four years after the "Twilight" incident (from the PS2 game), which not only shook the game world, but also the real world.

CyberConnect Corporation (CC Corporation), the creator and operator of The World, held a "Limited Edition Character" campaign for The World players and participants. The prize of the campaign is the Limited Edition Character itself: the legendary "Kite" and "Black Rose" from the ".hackers" data that was prohibited since the Twilight incident.

A pair of twin brother and sister in 2nd year junior high, Shuugo (the elder brother), and Rena (the younger sister), successfully obtained the Legendary Characters from the campaign. Shuugo who wanted to quit playing the network game, once again had to set foot into The World under his sister invitation.

In the game world, Shuugo and Rena met other players, Mileyu and Houka and they quickly became close friends after several events and encounters. However, the seemingly peaceful game world began to meet with many weird changes resembled to the incident four years ago. But this time, Shuugo, Rina and their new friends are involved in it...

The anime focuses mainly around Tsukasa who obtains the power that damages the player in the real world. He suddenly awakens to find himself in `The World`, being able to feel, smell, touch, see and hear everything as if he was really there. He attempts to logout but fails to do so. Being unable to remember what has happened before he awoke, he wanders around aimlessly to find answers. While doing so, system moderators, the Scarlet Knights, suspect that he has been working with hackers, because of the tweaked character he was with. Tsukasa finds a magical item, that grants him the power to use this fearful `Guardian` that will protect him from harm.

Aozora Shoujotai (Blue Sky Squadron) is a story about Isurugi Takuya, a service technician with the 801 TTS (tactical training squadron). As he got to the base, Saginomiya Sakura picked him up in her jeep, and drove him part of the way to the 801 TTS building. When he went upstairs and opened a door, Haneda Miyuki`s room, where Miyuki was just getting dressed. Then he ran into Mitaka Arisa, who was taking a shower. Arisa and Miyuki quickly pounded on Takuya.

The 801 TTS was an all female acrobatic pilot team. When Takuya heard that he was very excited. But all of it was just a farce. The 801 TTS was where all of the trouble makers were sent. Haneda Miyuki had hit her superior officer in her previous squardon. Mitaka Arisa was always getting into fights. Saginomiya Sakura was a gambler. Shimorenjaku Yoko was a very bad pilot. This story is working out to be very cute. Kippei`s natural "mother" instinct is really brought to the front while trying to to his best for Yuzuyu, but he is a boy. His ineptitude regarding the smallest things a mother would need to know [like packing a lunch for school] are endearing rather than hokey, and the character of Yuzuyu is cute, without being overly so.

Animal Yokochou

Ami-chan looks like a normal girl, but she has a secret. Mysterious animals, such as Iyo, Kenta, and Issa visit her room every day. They seem to come from Animal Yokocho where animals are living, and they come here through ‚ ‚ ‘ ‚ € ‚ “secret door ‚ ‚ ‘ ‚ €š ‚  that exists somehow in her room. Aoi Bungaku Series

The series consists of adaptations of six modern classics of Japanese literature: Osamu Dazai €™s No Longer Human (Ningen Shikkaku) & Run, Melos! (Hashire, Melos!), Natsume Soseki €™s Kokoro, Ryunosuke Akutagawa €™s Hell Screen (Jigoku Hen) & The Spider`s Thread (Kumo no Ito), and Ango Sakaguchi`s In the Forest, Under Cherries in Full Bloom (Sakura no Mori no Mankai no Shita).

No Longer Human (Ningen Shikkaku) - A high school student becomes lost and alienated. Despondent and aimless, he falls into a cycle of self abuse, depression and drugs that taints his life for years. Told in three chapters, each chapter deals with a different point in his life and the final chapter leaves him standing alone - an empty and hollow charicature of his former self.

In the Forest, Under Cherries in Full Bloom(Sakura no Mori no Mankai no Shita) - A love story between a 12th-century woman and a mountain bandit who abducts her.

Run, Melos! (Hashire, Melos!) - An updated retelling of a classic Greek tale of the story of Damon and Pythias. The most prominent theme of "Run, Melos!" is unwavering friendship. Despite facing hardships, the protagonist Melos does his best to save his friend`s life, and in the end his efforts are rewarded.

Hell Screen (Jigoku Hen) - A famous artist is commissioned by a great lord to create a series of paintings depicting scenes of the `Buddhist Hell`. The artist is unable to paint scenes that he has not seen himself, prompting him to torture and torment the Lord`s staff to create his imagined images of hell. His creative efforts taint the household, as the story descends into madness and destruction.

Kokoro - A 1914 tale of a young man`s life journey during the Meiji era. The work deals with the transition from the Japanese Meiji society to the modern era, by exploring the friendship between a young man and an older man he calls "Sensei". It continues the theme of isolation developed in Soseki`s previous works, here in the context of interwoven strands of egoism and guilt, as opposed to shame

The Spider`s Thread (Kumo no Ito) - The Buddha Shakyamuni chances to notice a cold-hearted criminal suffering in Hell. But this criminal did perform one single act of kindness in not stepping on a spider in a forest. Moved by this selfless act, Shakyamuni takes the silvery thread of a spider in Paradise and lowers it down into Hell, but it falls upon the criminal to seize the opportunity and pull himself out - if he can.
