Based on the story "Booby-Trap" from Masamune Shirow`s manga <i>Black Magic</i>, the OVA is the exciting futuristic adventure of Sybel, a free-lance video journalist. When two top-secret military androids are lost in an accident, she becomes involved in a dangerous military fiasco. One of the lethal `M-66` units escapes with a mission to eliminate Ferris, the granddaughter of its creator.
